“Mallory Health and Safety Consultants were contracted in early 2017 to assist us in the safe decommissioning of the former MRC Mill Hill Laboratory. The site was in the process of commercial acquisition by developers and we were faced with the challenges of a condition survey of the 45 acre site and developing a H&S plan to manage the facilities after the departure of the former occupants. During this period of transition, we had many visitors and organisations purchasing site contents. This latter activity was of particular concern given the nature of some of the plant to be removed. Mallory H&S Consultants critiqued our draft documentation rapidly and to a high standard. The condition survey was also delivered promptly given the extensive nature of the site.
